Our HOTH clinic is based in Harrow School Sports centre where we have full access to the gym facilities as well as the performance suite, running track and playing fields.

Free Parking is available in the school car park - 2 minute walk from the sports Centre near the tennis courts on Garlands Lane.

We are now offering bespoke training programs online using the Train-Heroic App.
Once you sign up to one of our online programs you will receive access to your training calendar, direct messaging with your coach (me), training analytics and much more.
We are offering 4, 8 and 12 week programs as well as an ELITE LEVEL program geared towards those who are committed to improving their sports performance, rehabbing injuries and bullet proofing themselves for the future.
