Strength and Conditioning sessions

What we can do

We use evidence based practice and our extensive sports and strength and conditioning knowledge to analysis your performance and look at areas of your specific training that can be changed, enhanced or adapted to help improve your performance or reduce the chance of injury.


If you are new to the gym, sport, exercise or general activity and would like help and guidance starting then we are here for you.


Regular 1-2-1 session with your sports physiotherapist will help increase your general strength, mobility, stamina and endurance all at a pace suitable to the individual, that will allow to you to push yourself and see tangible changes in your general health, wellbeing and energy levels.


If you are already regularly exercising or participating in sport at any level and would like to see improvements in your performance then 1-2-1 sessions with your sports physiotherapist will work on areas of weakness and injury to help you get those gains you've been chasing.
