So this page contains some useful content I have put together either myself or from different resources all to make sure you have everything you need to succeed with your rehab and training
So here are a couple of PDF's that I hope you find useful.
There is a very helpful and comprehensive pain management guide book which was put together by The Honest Physio. It talks about pain, pain management, exercises, lifestyle changes and other things to consider when dealing with or suffering with persistent pain.
In addition there is a technique E-Book by Juggernaut Training systems - I definitely recommend you sign up to their page and subscribe to their You-Tube channel if you are a keen lifter!
I've also added in a muscle manual for anyone interested in knowing more about anatomy and what each muscle does.
